Starting with the video.

Firstly, I created 2 collaborative documents:

• One for the teachers: To explain their ideas, summarised in some questions:
  • What are the different learning and professional developmentas a teacher?
  • What is the requested learning of the teachers?
  • What are my personal reasons for online training?
  • What are my problems with online PD?
  • Is it worth my effort?
• and one for the regional government: To explain their ideas, summarised in some questions:
  • What are the different learning and professional development offered to schools? What is the offer for the learning of the teachers in the region?
  • Why is it important Professional Development for our region (Regional Government Point of view)?
  • What are normal disadvantages/ problems when creating training?

The main purpose for this it was to get some ideas about What it is required and What it is offered.
