As I have had a mobility inside Erasmus plus, in our ErasmusYEAH. I have the possibility to interview Teachers from the countries that participate in the Project (Germany, Portugal, Latvia) This was enriching for me, to see some posible differences of professional development all across Europa.

I have been working many years in e-learninng and also learning with MOOCs. Here are some of them. This is the reason I'm going to interview different ages of my school and point of view for the different levels of digital competence of the teacher of my school.

In the initial videoconference, some topics where explained about this project. This meeting have introduce us the participants, the project and its scope.
